Always plan for extra time as events can overrun
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After the initial inquiry, I like to contact the couple to discuss their individual requirements. Based upon their requirements, I can then advise which package is most suited to them together with cost. If the couple are happy to proceed, a deposit is then paid. Nearer to the date and if required, I ask for a photo of the couple so that bespoke fun money can be printed. The final balance is then paid one month before the event.

Manage the crowd's expectations and be flexible.
