At Strut the Fluff, I offer flexible wedding dog chaperone packages designed around your day. Whether you'd like your dog to make a brief appearance, walk down the aisle, greet guests, pose for photographs or enjoy full-day care, every package is tailored to suit your plans and your dog's individual needs. Services can include collection and transport in an equipped dog van, exercise before the ceremony, dressing in wedding attire, handling throughout the day, photo assistance, feeding, comfort breaks and safe transport home.

Can my dog walk down the aisle?
Absolutely! Whether your dog is carrying the rings, walking with a member of your wedding party or simply making a special entrance, I'll work with you beforehand to plan their role. Every dog is different, so their comfort and wellbeing will always come first.
What if my dog is nervous or reactive?
Every dog has their own personality, and I have experience working with dogs of all temperaments. I'll take the time to understand your dog's needs and create a plan that helps them feel calm and comfortable. If your dog would prefer a quieter role, I'm happy to adapt the day to suit them.
Do you collect and return my dog?
Yes. I can collect your dog from your home or accommodation before the wedding, transport them safely to your venue, care for them throughout their time with us and return them home afterwards, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.
How far do you travel?
I'm based in East Ayrshire, covering South and Central Scotland. Upon request I can travel throughout the country for weddings. If you're unsure whether I cover your venue, simply get in touch and I'll be happy to discuss your plans and provide a personalised quote.
Can puppies be part of our wedding?
Of course! Puppies are welcome, although they often need a little more patience, supervision and regular breaks. I'll ensure your puppy is kept happy, comfortable and safe while still being included in your special day.
What happens if it rains?
Scotland's weather can be unpredictable, but don't worry! I'll always come prepared with towels, water, treats and a plan B if needed. Your dog's comfort and safety are my priority, and we'll work with your photographer and venue to make the most of the day, whatever the weather.
Do you stay after the ceremony?
That depends on the package you choose. Some couples simply want their dog present for the ceremony, while others would like them to stay for drinks, photographs or part of the reception. My packages are flexible, and I can tailor the service to suit your wedding day.
Can my dog wear a flower collar, bandana or tuxedo?
Absolutely! I'm happy to help dress your dog in their wedding outfit, whether that's a floral collar, bow tie, bandana, harness or tuxedo. I'll make sure everything fits comfortably and your dog is happy wearing it before they make their special appearance.

A wedding dog chaperone takes care of every aspect of your dog's role on your wedding day. From collection and transport to walks, comfort breaks, handling during the ceremony, assisting with photographs and returning them home safely, I'll ensure your four-legged family member is cared for from start to finish.
How do we book?
Booking is simple. Please get in touch through the contact form on my website, and we'll arrange an initial chat to discuss your wedding plans, your dog's personality and the package that's right for you. Once you're happy to proceed, your date will be secured with a booking fee.
