Describe your typical process with a couple.
I try to reply the same or following day, send them all the details for booth/s depending on availability and requirements. A week later I will politely follow up with enquiries. Bookings tend to come in very soon after the initial enquiry, and get confirmed via a deposit. Receipt and contract are sent out, and contact is made a few weeks before the event to confirm setup details and colour choices. After the event I try to process photo uploads ave DVDs within a few days. Every couple gets a thank you card with a special voucher to pass on.
