If you found us and got this far, you're quite likely to love fireworks too and are even considering a display for your own event. Based on the border of North and West Yorkshire, we are a family run business with an impressive track record of providing unique displays for our customers throughout the UK. Though we currently offer the UK's lowest starting priced display package for local venues, we operate a nationwide service that has proven to be unbeatable value whatever your needs. Please feel free to have a look at our website and get in touch, its usually easier at the beginning to give us a call but our pages do give answers to most of the common questions and we do answer our emails as quickly as we can. Bookings are placed regularly and often a year or more in advance. So the earlier you contact us with your event date the better chance you have of availability.

Wow... What Can I Say?

Wow... what can I say?! We booked optimum fireworks for out wedding as we wanted something really showstopping and it was just that. The fireworks were timed to music and were absolutely out of this world. They were above and beyond our expectations! Everyone of our guests were stunned by the display and said they were better then any fireworks they had ever seen! When I turned round most of them were crying from emotion! They were absolutely breath taking and made our day so so special! Highly highly recommended! Thank you so so much!!

Worth every penny!

We chose optimum fireworks for our wedding on Friday and the quality was absolutely fantastic! we had a pyromusical set and it was worth every penny!! All our guests have commented just how brilliant it all was, so thank you very much we’re so glad we chose you and would highly recommend you! Just wish we’d got more videos! Xx

An Impressive Firework Display

Optimum Fireworks provided an impressive firework display, in what I understand was a difficult location for them, being near a road, high trees and in a residential area. Feedback from guests has been great with many saying its better than many larger public displays they have been to. There interaction with guests when providing sparklers was good too, providing a relaxed and fun atmosphere, very approachable. The service offered from start to finish was great with an onsite survey and a lot of work done by them before we technically had an agreement in place. During our exchanges they were always willing to provide detailed explanations and explained things well, while being honest about the best package and what could be provided at our venue. The most spectacular firework display I have ever seen

I will write to you properly when I get back from honeymoon but couldn't go without expressing my upmost thanks for the most spectacular firework display I have ever seen!!!! My guests loved it! I didn't get the names of the 2 guys there but I spoke to them and please thank them for me, they were so professional and crowd pleasing by organising a countdown to the launch! Our venue tried to make things very difficult for both myself & optimum, however they persevered and our display was AMAZING!! Everything i asked for was there and all of our guests just loved it! What is your most memorable wedding?

Our own! We got married in April 2018 (with lots of fireworks of course) but it means we have first hand experience at wedding planning, so know exactly what our couples are going through and are always happy to offer advise, even if it's not firework related!

Our 5* rating from our customers. We pride ourselves on providing that extra special memorable moment to your wedding day and love receiving feedback after our displays. We have a 5* rating from nearly 100 customers on facebook and received 5/5 from brides voting in the North of England Wedding Awards on two occasions!

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Find out everything about your venue before you book, including whether you're allowed fireworks! Unfortunately we sometimes hear from disappointed brides who are desperate for fireworks, only to find their venue doesn't allow them and it's too late. Always check when booking. If there's noise restrictions, don't worry, we offer quiet displays for noise sensitive venues!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After initial contact, we check availability and venue suitability and then discuss the ideas the couple has for their display. We show them a range of videos within their budget range so they know exactly what to expect from our services. Once the details are finalised, we book everything in and then begin planning the display design! We take care of all the arrangements with the venue, including paperwork, site visits where needed, insurance and on the day logistics.

What is your No.1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?

Fireworks! We always tailor our displays personally to the couple, with options like pyromusicals set to songs of your choice, plunger box starts, love heart shaped shells, sparklers for your guests or your initials in fire. Perfect to keep your guests entertained throughout the display.

Where is the most memorable place you have performed?

Jamiroqui's birthday party at his house!

Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?

One couple booked a pyromusical to Swedish House Mafia's Don't You Worry Child. They supplied all their guests with glow sticks before the display, so they could dance away and provide some fantastic photos.

What is your party trick?

We can hide fountains within table centrepieces, lighting them remotely as the couple make their entrance into the wedding breakfast for that wow factor moment!
