What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
1a Find out exactly what suppliers have to offer and is included in the agreed price. 1b My other tip is is you want a busy dance floor be a dancing bride as bridesmaids and everybody else will love to join you on the dance floor. 1c Is find out of the venue has sound limiters that will restrict the sound meaning atmosphere is harder to create with music being played at back ground level.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
one of the first weddings I di the bride had 5 separate tracks for each of her 5 bridesmaids everybody enjoyed each others song
Describe your typical process with a couple.
First giving all the details of what we do and how we do it. If people would like to book we exchange contracts and take a 20% deposit. 30 days prior to the wedding we ask what sort of vibe is required. Ask for first dance info along with any other special tracks / moments. 30 days prior the wedding we ask for the balance to be paid in full. We arrive 1 hour before we are due to play and set up our equipment, working with the venue regarding timings for evening food and first dance. All that is left to do is have a great night
