Don't try and do everything yourself. Make sure you have the right people around you to work on the different aspects

Actors + Singers placed as waiters throughout the evening that perform the couples 'song' later in the evening, always a winner.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We always start with a meeting so that we can see WHO you are and WHAT you LIKE. It's so important to talk and discuss ideas!
We will then work through the planning involved and present you with 1 or more solutions. These will vary in budget usually and show what you can achieve under budget, on budget or slightly over.
Once we have a decision on which you would like everything gets booked in and we are on hand for any questions / add ons that you need leading into your big day.
On the big day we take care of everything technical so you don't have to, our technicians will be working hard throughout to make sure everything goes smoothly.
What is your No.1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
Great Lighting and top quality DJ is a must but from there I'm a fan of actors/singers placed in the audience breaking into song / flash mob dance
