What is your most memorable wedding?
My own of course. Mrs M would never forgive me.... Got married in the Lake District at the Beech Hill Hotel and spent thousands on a champagne filled ride around the lake for all our guests.

What about your business are you most proud of?
The customers who come back to us for our services year after year. We did 15 years working for Tatton Park Xmas parties until the pandemic interfered, and 10 years at Tall Trees in Yarm presnting U16s discos and a Friday night live clubbing broadcast on the radio. I'm also very proud of the quality of our kit and our people.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Work out your budget and stick to it. Not everything has to cost the earth.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Phone consultation, then meet to refine the plans and agree the budget, finally meet on site 1 week before the event to ensure no last minute slip ups

Jamaica, on the beach with Stevie Wonder.
Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?
The day a wedding planner decided to stick a massive transfer over our led floor with out telling us in advance!! Not Happy!!
