Deposit Refund Policy. We take a £50 deposit to book you in, but if you change your mind, you have 48 hours to request a full refund. 🟢 2. Event Date Changes. If you need to change your event date, we are happy to do so free of charge, subject to availability. 🟢 3. Venue Changes. We are happy to change your venue free of charge (subject to travel costs if the new venue is further away). 🟢 4. Experience. We have over a decade of experience! We know how things work and have catered to 1000s of events, over 100s of venues all across Scotland. We have probably already worked with your venue. Our client area with over half a million photos proves this! 🟢 5. Supporting Charity. Your booking supports good causes, we work with a variety of charity partners to help make the world a better place, we can't do this without you! We don't ask for any payments other than the deposit before your event, meaning that if you like, you can even pay us in person on the day of the event to ensure absolute confidence and safety with your money. We can accept payments by card, over the phone, bank transfer, or cash in hand. Or, just log in to our website and make a payment towards your booking whenever you like. We're very flexible to ensure that you are comfortable. 🟢 7. Documents Fully insured and PAT tested!
