Our guarantee: Fizz and Groove Surrey wedding DJ service know how to keep the dance floor full. We promise to give you and your guests a night of unforgettable memories on the dancefloor, keeping the dancing going until the very last note of the night. Why we are different from all of the other DJ's out there: 1. We have a beautiful, unique, custom built solid oak DJ booth - this makes us stand apart from the standard star lit cloth DJ booths that are about today 2. We provide a bespoke service to each and every client from the point of booking to the day of the wedding. We provide each client with logins to use our online event planner, containing an online playlist service, where you can select tracks and update it as and when you think of them in the run up to the wedding 3. All of our equipment is state of the art and brand new. We do not do things half hearted. 4. We do not spend all night talking on the microphone - the wedding is about you, not us. 5. Our main DJ has over 15 years experience doing weddings, clubs, bars and really knows how to get a party going. Our other DJs have experience including Doing around the world, in Ibiza, Greece, France, London clubs and bars as well as hundreds of weddings We also have extras like Sweet carts, wedding pong tables etc and a evening photography service that makes a photobooth redundant. Great experience with Gary!

Gary from Fizz and Groove was a really great DJ! Communication from the outset was very very good, and he also sent us such a handy tool to make our list of songs. On the day he judged the vibes well and in spite of our challenging guests who all wanted to run out and be in the fields all evening after a heatwave of a wedding day! He made a bunch of cool mixes as well, incorporating Bollywood music we had shortlisted and English music. His lighting set up was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Gary had it FULL from start to finish

We used Gary as the DJ for our wedding this Saturday, I can not thank him enough for doing such a fantastic job keeping our guests entertained. My bride's one wish, was to have the dance floor occupied at all times. Well Gary had it FULL from start to finish. This team of guys are professional and make it all as stress free for you as possible. Having our own system to log into and request certain songs to be played or not played also made it a million times better as we could select songs we know everyone is going to love. I love the fact they make an effort to look smart, be professional and Gary was an absolute pleasure to speak too. If you you are looking for a brilliant DJ to make your wedding/event the best it could possibly be then I highly recommend Gary

We had Fizz& Groove DJ at my 30th party in October and I would definitely recommend them! Gary was fantastic, I gave him list of songs that I wanted to hear and left the rest up to him. I had a music icons fancy dress party and he made sure to fit loads of the icons’ songs in. Loads of my guests have commented how good the music was! The booth and all the equipment looks very stylish too.

What is your most memorable wedding?

I once did a wedding in Surrey, where the Bride and Groom wanted The Prodigy -Smack My B*tch up for their first dance. That was definitely memorable!

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Get the right DJ! It can be the make or break of any party.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I will have a pre booking consultation over the phone with each couple. I will then be in touch via email or phone call in the run up to the wedding. I will arrange a phone call 2-3 weeks before the big day to go over the final, smaller details and make sure we are on the same wavelength (I ALWAYS make lots of notes). I will then tailor a playlist and wedding to the couples requirements. A lot of time is spent planning each wedding.

What is your No.1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?

Read the room. Each party and group of guests is different, a good DJ needs to be able to work the crowd out and play the right songs to get each crowd going. This is something that is built up over years of experience, but also REALLY KNOWING YOUR MUSIC!!

Where is the most memorable place you have performed?

Wow there have been a few interesting ones -

A tipi in the middle of a field in Essex.

A hotel in Turkey

A cattery (Yes, you heard correct)

What is your party trick?

My party trick has to be my ability to mix songs together that you would never expect would be possible.
