I’m Jon, a full-time professional DJ and host with over 20 years’ experience working across the UK. I’ve been part of hundreds of events over the years, and I still enjoy it just as much now as when I first started. For me, it’s always been about creating the right atmosphere, keeping things flowing properly, and making sure people have a great time without it ever feeling forced.
No two weddings are the same, and that’s how I treat every booking. I take time to understand the people in the room, the tone you’re aiming for, and how the day or night needs to feel. Whether it’s relaxed and elegant or busy and energetic, my job is to read the room, play the right music at the right time, and keep everything moving naturally.
Alongside evening DJ sets, I also offer full-day hosting when required. That can include ceremony music, microphones for speeches, background music during drinks and meals, introductions, announcements, and the evening party. Some clients want me involved throughout, others prefer a lighter touch. I’m comfortable with both, and I’ll always work around what suits you best.
My setup is modern, clean and understated. Great sound, tasteful lighting, and no unnecessary clutter. All equipment is fully PAT tested and insured, and I work closely with venues to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
I’m trusted by organisations such as Girls That Mix & Maximum Music, and I also perform regularly at Butlin’s Big Weekends. That variety of work keeps me sharp and adaptable, whatever the crowd or setting.
At every event, my focus is the same. Create an atmosphere that feels right for the people there, make the important moments land properly, and keep the energy where it needs to be. No gimmicks, no cheesy chatter, just good music, good timing, and a professional approach from start to finish.

Are you available on our date and how much do you charge?
Send me your date, venue and timings and I’ll confirm availability and give you a fixed quote with no hidden extras.
What’s included in your fee?
Professional DJ performance, full sound system, modern lighting, wireless mic, setup/pack-down, and all pre-wedding planning.
How do we book?
I send a simple agreement; a small non-refundable first payment secures the date. The remaining balance is due the week of the wedding.
Have you worked at our venue before?
If I have, I already know the room and layout. If it’s new to me, I contact the venue to confirm access, setup, sound limits and timings so everything runs smoothly.
Can we choose our music and give you a ‘do not play’ list?
Yes. Send as much or as little as you like. I build the night around your tastes and keep anything you don’t want off the playlist.
Can you create a first dance mashup or special edit?
Yes. I can put together a custom edit if you want something personal for your first dance.
How long do you need to set up?
Around an hour for an evening reception. If the turnaround is tight, I work with the venue to make it happen.
What happens if timings change on the day?
Weddings rarely run to the minute. I adapt — earlier, later or somewhere in between.
Do you bring all your own equipment and do you have backups?
Yes. I bring a full setup, everything is PAT tested, I hold full PLI, and I carry backup gear to keep the night running.
Do you work with live performers like sax players?
Yes. I regularly work alongside musicians and can recommend trusted players if needed.
