How much space do the machines need?
The dimensions of an individual machine are 50cm deep, 64cm wide and 1.58m tall, so they’re nice and compact!
What’s included in the price?
A full days rental of one or two of our machines, delivery, set up and collection and access to our catalogue of over 3,000 games (we will whittle this down to 50 or so easy-to-play games, plus any requests you choose from the giant catalogue of games!)
What power is required?
A single standard UK socket (13amp) is all we need. We manage all cabling - venue cables are kept tidy and safe. All machines come PAT tested.
What if we don't have power?
We can accommodate outdoor weddings or weddings without access to power by bringing along a large battery bank (not a diesel generator). This does come with additional costings, so please let us know if this is necessary.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Peak wedding season (May–September) books up fast. We recommend securing your date at least 3 months in advance. That said, we do occasionally have last-minute availability, so it’s always worth enquiring!
Can children play on the machines?
Absolutely - most of our catalogue is family-friendly. We can curate specifically child-appropriate titles, just let us know your guest demographics! The bar stools are 70cm tall, which makes them the perfect height for kids to access the machines if they're a bit short (please note children should be supervised at all times when using the machines or bar stools). The machines are weighted at the bottom so that they don't tip over easily - though we do recommend that they be placed against a wall for extra stability.
What if a machine breaks down?
Every machine is fully serviced before each event. Our operators will also show you how to reset the machines in the case of any fault.
Where can you travel to?
Delivery and installation is included within the Bristol area + 50 miles. There is an additional charge of 55p per mile thereafter.
What deposit do you need?
We require a £75 deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the wedding - we will send a reminder!
