My name is Denise, and I created Creche my Party - a bespoke mobile creche service based in Twickenham, South West London. We provide fully staffed childcare with our own age-appropriate toys and activities to keep little ones engaged and amused. We operate our creches in line with OFSTED ratio guidelines and allocate the correct number of professional staff to care for the ages and number of children attending your event.

Our creches comply with Ofsted's regulations on staff ratios, we will always supply a minimum of two event nannies per event, and more if required based on the number and ages of children attending. We provide all our own toys, lots of games, and an arts and crafts table with a large selection of no mess activities for all age groups. We can also provide outside toys and games depending on the space available to us.
We have a TV and a choice of DVDs along with floor cushions, fairy lights and popcorn which we bring along for when the evening draws in.
We carry out a site visit prior to every event to meet with you, have a look at the space available to us, and have a chat about how you would like the creche to work for your day.

Creche my Party Full Description
Creche my Party is a bespoke mobile creche service providing fully staffed childcare. We operate our creches in line with OFSTED ratio guidelines, and allocate the appropriate number of professional staff to care for the ages and number of children attending your event.
We provide our own toys, games, arts and crafts and activities to keep children engaged and amused meaning they can enjoy being a part of your special occasion, whilst also having the option to take some time out from the formalities of the day. We can provide beautifully styled individual teepees and a cosy corner for little ones who are too tired to party into the evening. Having Creche my Party on site at your event allows your adults guests to relax and have a well-earned break while we take care of the children.
We will work with you to meet your requirements and can provide a creche for just a few hours or the whole day, depending on your needs. We will also work directly with your venue to find a suitable area on site to set up, as well as carrying out a health and safety check prior to the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We also offer individual children's activity boxes filled with no mess crafts and toys to keep them entertained. These are great to have on the table at the meal or to give to children during the speeches for a welcome distraction. Boxes can be personalised with each child's name and matched to your chosen colour scheme.

At Creche My Party we understand how wonderful it is to share special occasions together, but also how long and tiring the day can be for little ones. What about your business are you most proud of?
We are most proud of being able to work with every couple to create a personalised unique creche that works for them and their guests. We love being able to give adults some time to enjoy themselves and relax knowing their children are being cared for a looked after by professional staff, on site. We also love being able to offer children some distraction from what can be a long and tiring day, giving them time to have some fun of their own!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We will first talk through dates and venue, and get an idea of what your day will look like and the number of children you are expecting. We will then have a conversation with your venue or wedding planner to discuss space and set up for the day. Our staff requirements are based on the ages and numbers of children we will be caring for, so once these are clear we can give you a quote. On the day we will provide our own toys, games and activities will supervise any additional entertainment or children's table at the meal etc.
