From initial enquiry I try to determine what the couple will require as far as numbers of tables is concerned. From then we will discuss how the casino will fit in with the specific timings of their day. I may liaise with a couple at their venue if it a new one to us, or if the couple have any issues or concerns regarding space available. When the couple are happy to proceed a Booking Form will be sent to them detailing the services that we will provide. When they are happy they sign and return it with deposit and the event is then secure for them. The final balance falls just 14 days before their actual date.
Keep it light and fun, explain the rules of the casino tables and encourage guests to have a go....what have they got to lose?
