Being fortune to be a part of so many happy couples Wedding day over the last 15 years. I strive to keep my act polished and bang-up-to-date with the latest trends. For example, I can unlock ANYONES iPhone within seconds of 1st meeting them!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Whatever supplier you are hoping to work with. Book early and don’t leave it too late. I find the best Wedding suppliers usually get booked up fast!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Chocolate place cards with guests photos printed on them.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I often meet new clients at a previous event I have worked at, or with a phone call early on during the enquiry process. I like to find out all about my prospective couples big day so I can advise on how and when the magic would best suit them and ultimately be most effective. Then I make sure I’m in contact a few times in the lead-up to the big day to ensure all details are firmly in place.
What is your No. 1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
Be personable and make sure they like you!
Where is the most memorable place you have performed?
A boat trip on Windermere with all the guests in attendance. Or during a particular warm summers evening on the roof terrace at Great Johns Street Hotel in Manchester. That was pretty special.
Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?
Lots, from people crying (with amazement and joy!) to receiving a crate of real ale as a gift from one Bride and Groom!
What is your party trick?
The bending of people’s coins definitely gets the room talking!
