A&K Events have been helping Brides & Grooms for over 12 years to plan their Wedding Entertainment with anything from Giant Garden Games to Bouncy Castles & Inflatable Games, Sumo Suits, Popcorn & Candy Floss Machines through to Entertainers. All equipment is available Staffed or unstaffed depending on your budget and every client benefits from our 'Wedding Service' which is not only free of charge but helps to take the stress away from your special day. Our Wedding Service includes direct contact with the venue to make sure that all requirements are covered to negate any last minute hiccups on the day.) Our experienced and courteous staff will slip in and out as agreed to set up and take down your equipment without fuss, bother or any need to disturb you!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Delegate the responsibility for overseeing anything and everything on the day if not using a Wedding Planner & having them attend on the day! It is your day, you only have it to enjoy once and you shouldn't be concerned as to wether or not the DJ has arrived or the ice cream has melted! Relax and savour!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Initials in Fireworks.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
First Step is to discuss your wishes, understand your requirements and put in place a plan of action, discuss budgets and logistics to determine a price. For Fireworks we will firstly Site Survey your venue to determine suitability and understand any venue requirements so that we can advise you of your options. Large orders for Inflatable equipment will also involve a site survey but smaller orders for games, Photo Booths and indoor items is not usually nesessary. After your order is finalised, we will finalise logistics including a wet weather back up plan if available and confirm all details with the venue before proceeding your paperwork. We will forward any Health & safety paperwork requirements to the venue on your behalf. All payments are made in advance so that you have no worries on the day.
What is your No. 1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
If having Garden Games, coincide your collection times to fit in with the start of your Evening Entertainment so that you do not split your party between outside and inside and be in danger of losing atmosphere. Nothing worse than an empty Dance Floor!
Where is the most memorable place you have performed?
We regularly supply and attended many celebrity events and private parties including the Saracens Rugby Club & many Footballers parties from both Watford & Tottenham Hotspur Football Clubs. We have supplied equipment for Ronald MacDonald, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Eastenders and even had a Bouncy Castle of ours appear on 'A Class Apart' which was a short BBC Drama.
Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?
