I am so happy with the dress Margaret made for me for my son’s wedding. The quality of the dress is second to none and I received lots of compliments about it on the day, I felt comfortable, elegant at my best all day long. Margaret conducts her business in such a professional yet friendly manner. I was able to attend fittings at a convenient time around my availability which was really helpful. What could have been a stressful experience, having been let down by an internet supplier, turned into an absolute pleasure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Yours Only to anyone looking to have a quality garment made.

Margaret has made me the most beautiful dress and jacket for my daughter's wedding. Being quite short and with my waist just underneath my armpits, it's difficult, if not impossible to find a dress to fit off the peg. I can't remember how I came to find Margaret, but I'm very glad I did. All I knew is that I wanted a dress and jacket in a deep turquoise. Margaret is able to source the most beautiful fabrics and the silk I chose was the most fabulous colour. The jacket is edged with a very tiny piping and the hand sewing at the hem (inside) is tiny to say the very least. To add, Margaret is a source of all sorts of information as well as being the most competent needlewoman, it was a pleasure to do business with her. I shall return.

I was getting married in Las Vegas so didn't want a traditional wedding dress as such, I had a strong idea of what dress I wanted and Margaret had literally thousands of patterns, she found one very close to my idea. I live in London and she always made time and managed to see me for my fittings when I was in the Midlands. She also guided me through the different materials and colours available as I was completely clueless. Everyone commented on how lovely my dress was and the whole experience was completely stress free. Thank you.

Margaret made me my wedding dress and I wanted something special as it was not my first marriage. I went with an idea but after consultation Margaret advised me to change it as the dress would not have flattered my rather buxom size. I wanted a bling wedding so we decided on a silver and black lace dress. It was perfect - everybody said that it was gorgeous. I felt a million dollars in it and it certainly went with the whole bling scene. I approached Margaret with only a colour swatch and a photo of a bridesmaid dress that I liked and wanted to replicate for my 3 bridesmaids. Margaret was able to source the most beautiful lace, satin and chiffon which matched my colour swatch perfectly. Although I was nervous about not buying a dress off the shelf (having no idea quite how the finished dresses would look), I was absolutely over the moon with the dresses when they were completed. They surpassed my expectations and my bridesmaids looked incredible. With all my bridesmaids having to travel to Tamworth, Margaret made it so easy to squeeze them in for evening fittings which made it so stress free to arrange. I would definitely recommend Yours Only if you want a quality dress made to fit you perfectly and a lovely lady who makes the whole experience a delight!
