Yorkshire Bridal & Prom Shop

I would like to heartily recommend this lovely shop and the two lovely ladies who run it!! From the moment we first rang on the off chance to randomly drop in and try bridesmaid frocks, to the vast amount of patience they had with a very poorly Emily yesterday, the level of customer service has been second to none and has outweighed all other bridal boutiques I have visited, including the ones I have purchased from!! Kitty and Anne have got to be the most helpful and kind people I’ve met whilst wedding dress shopping. They made me feel so at ease with the whole process. I was so worried about finding the dress. Kitty has magic powers and can make you look good in everything! Anne is always there to add to the mix a few that I would have never had thought of. They both knew what I wanted and it was such a Lovley and heartfelt appointment I haven’t stopped smiling since! Can’t wait to go back to try my dress on again!!!

I got married with 4 weeks to plan. The lovely ladies helped me pick the perfect dress and did some alterations on not only my dress but my mums outfit too. We had the warmest welcome and the experience was one of loveliest I’ve had, these 2 ladies looked after me right up to my wedding, with support and encouragement. Anne and kitty are fabulous. They make you at ease from the minute you enter to the time you pick up your dress (in my case 18 months later!!!!). I got everything I needed there from my shoes to my veil. You guys are amazing xxxxx

Absolutely amazing shop. Kitty and her mum are the best. I travelled quite a way just to get a tea length dress and I was not disappointed- I loved every minute of wearing my Billie dress Brighton belle true bride. They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Tbd is you ladies once again xxx

A superb little shop that oozes friendliness; run by two lovely ladies who will be completely honest with you as to what does/doesn't look right. They have some absolute gems on the hangers, and all great value! I came away today with the perfect dress, and well under budget! Update: where Debenhams, Coast and Harvey Nicks failed, the ladies at the Yorkshire Bridal Shop came through! We picked up a beautiful dress for my maid of honour. Our most grateful thanks to Ann and Kitty for pulling out the stops and knowing their products so well!
