Back in April 2024 I visited the West Bromwich bridal store on my own after a rather unpleasent visit to another bridal store. I attended the West Bromwich branch today for my first-ever experience trying wedding gowns on. With the help of the wonderful Nicky, who made me feel so comfortable, and her management team (Chelse), I said yes to my beautiful dress! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful with the correct advice in how to choose my dress, the sizing and even my accessories. Nicky was an absolute pleasure to be with for the time we were there and couldn’t do more for us. Thank you so much

I went to the shop yesterday with my sister to see how I felt about a white gown! I wanted something a bit more alternative but still weddingy!!! If that makes sense! The staff were fantastic from the start! Very friendly, chatty and put me right at ease! They knew what sort of styles to pull out, asked questions about my wedding plans so they could Taylor the look to the venue! She then helped me try in 5/6 gowns, pulling soooooo many layers down over a pretty hefty bottom on a very muggy day with a smile on her face honestly deserves a very big hug! I found the dress, and for 499 it’s an absolute steal!!! I reviewed the online place where I was going to order from and now I’m so so glad I went to this shop! Fantastic place x

I went shopping for my dress in a number of shops and just when I had giving up hope I came across this treasure! I found them online and gave them a call and stressed how overwhelmed I felt and Hannah was very lovely on the phone to me and said please come down and we will help! We turned up, no appointment needed.. she guided me to the rail of dresses that she thought would fit me and you place tokens on the dresses you like. They then hang them in a dressing room for you. They can either help you into your dress or you can have someone with you. After trying on more dresses and nearly giving up hope as I couldn’t work out what suited my figure, Hannah suggested I try on a dress I previously looked at and said No too! She suggested I tried a corset fishtail... & she was right! She is absolutely fabulous at making you feel calm and not stressed out! The dress she got me to try is the one I bought.
