I was very nervous about trying on wedding dresses, let alone buying one! I had two appointments, both with Jess and she made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful. Even whilst I'm trying on dresses with Jess the other girls are looking around for other dresses they think I would like! The service received from every one there has been excellent from start to finish. All of the girls listened to what I wanted, what I didn't want and helped me to choose my wedding dress which I have ordered today!! Thank you to all of you, you're amazing xxx

The best bridal shop in London and I went to many. The service in here is not measurable . The team are warm , genuine and helpful. They also have a lovely selection of dresses and go out of their way to make your dream dress. So happy I bought my dress from here . So professional . Highly recommend!

Vicky and the team are absolutely amazing. I have been to see them three times, twice when looking at wedding dresses and once for accessories and bridesmaids dresses. You will not be given the hard sell here. They genuinely care about what they do and ensuring you make the correct decision. I've been to several different suppliers over the last year for both my own wedding and friends weddings and this has been the only store where I've had such a friendly, caring experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This was our second shop we visited. The ladies really listened to us and understood what I wanted and felt comfortable in. They really made me feel special. Just a shame I have to wait 6 months for the dress. Can’t wait.

Went in there for a bridal and bridesmaid dress look and they could not have been more helpful and friendly, found our brides dress stress free!

We got married in 2016 and I found my dress a few years before!! I always had in my head a huge white dress but nothing suited. Victoria gave me different options even dresses which I thought would never suit me. Until I came across the most perfect lace dress. I really did get that feeling when I knew I had found the one! The next year I went back to double check and I still got goosebumps so I knew that was the one I wanted to get married in. They sorted everything from my dress, shoes and veil to my gorgeous bridesmaid dresses. It really was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen.
