I found the most perfect wedding dress at Victoria Elaine and I cannot wait for my follow up appointments after the excellent service I received! My experience was amazing from the phone calls prior to the appointment right though to helping me make my decision on a dress. I am a very body conscious person and was not looking forward to going dress shopping, however the ladies at Victoria Elaine made me feel at ease and confident. This was the only place I went dress shopping and I must say the customer service and personal touches were excellent, including a goodie bag. I cannot recommend this shop enough, you are made to feel special and receive personal service instead of being treated like just another customer. Thank you so much for helping me find my perfect dress!

I can't say enough amazing things about Victoria Elaine Bridal and especially Amy! I have found my dream dress and I can't wait until my fitting! My wedding is this October and I was so anxious that I wouldn't have enough time but they calmed my nerves instantly and put a special fast track on my dress to ensure it arrives in time! From the phone call the day before to my appointment I honestly don't have enough words to describe how amazing they are! 100% recommend Victoria Elaine Bridal and I am so excited to say I became a #vebride today! From the moment we were welcomed in to this stunning boutique, we was made to feel so comfortable. And after a long day of wedding dress shopping myself, mum and sister was feeling a little deflated and tired. So a few haribo to nibble on was a great energy boost. And then the whole experience was so magical. And I never felt rushed or pushed in to any choices. The lovely owner even stayed open an extra half an hour for me, helping me to find a veil and once the important yes was said, a bottle of prosecco was popped and all had a toast to the dress...I will be getting my bridesmaids dresses from this stunning place in the New Year. My experience today was awesome. Greeted with very friendly helpful staff followed by bubbles and a welcome name plaque. So special and personal. Couldn't do enough to help. Very pleased.

Had an amazing time today with my daughter, one of her bridesmaids and her fiancés mum. The staff were incredible, making us feel welcome and at ease. My daughter, Ellie, was very nervous but she needn't have worried. The ladies made her first (and last) experience of trying wedding dresses on a truly wonderful one. After trying on 8 or 9 dresses, Ellie chose the one for her. It was a strong contender from the minute she first had it on and although she looked truly amazing in all of them, this one really had the wow factor. I'm so happy for her, thank you Victoria Elaine Bridal for a lovely afternoon.

I was so nervous about my first experience of wedding dress shopping but I needn't have been. From the minute we arrived we were so welcomed and looked after, my Mum even cried as we walked through the door! The special little touches were all noticed and appreciated. The staff were friendly, reassuring and listened to every little detail, helping me pick one of their 'wildcards'.
