I loved working with Dee and her team finding my dress, they were so helpful and kind and just made me feel amazing in everything I tried on! It felt like another family member was with me as I tried on my dress!

They went above and beyond for me, ordering a dress from another store when the sample one I liked was sold. They also offered late nights which was essential for a working bride. I may the beginning I also chose another dress, when it was clear I couldn't change the neckline the tailor rang me straight away and booked another session immediately for me to try on more dresses, which helped my stress levels!

I'm so happy that I've found Turner and Pennell Bridal, they have helped me to found my dream wedding dress. I love the way they are so honest & passionate. It's not just a business to them, they truly love what they do and deliver excellent attention to details and end result. Thank you so much for everything!!

They were amazing through every part of the process. They had a very wide selection of dresses available and even one I had seen by allure online which was a previous season they went out of their way to order it in for me to try on. They were extremely accommodating regarding appointments, opening the shop especially for me outside of their working hours, late evening and weekends. Overall the experience was outstanding, so much so that I even got bridesmaids dresses there too. (all 9 of them)

From the moment I went in to the shop to my final appointment with the shop all of the ladies in the shop treated me so lovely and always were very welcoming. Always offering me advise and their opinions too about anything and were extremely helpful. I have recommended several bride to bes due to their exceptional service and also the variety of dresses and designers they have in stock.

The service I received from the very first visit was amazing, all the girls made it so easy for me to pick my dress and went above and beyond when i had a dilemma regarding flower-girl dresses and they sourced the perfect style with the quickest turnaround, i also had my bridesmaids dresses from the shop as instantly feel in love with the styles on choice and also going back to service I couldn't fault anything, best shop i visited in the area and really felt special through the whole process

They took all the stress out of the experience. I knew I did not have to worry as they would deal with everything. As my dress also needed to go onto an plane they were more than happy to pack the dress for me the day before I was due to fly to ensure it was safe and was not too creased on arrival.

Excellent service and very friendly people , they was very helpful and accommodating and not to expensive either.

Sarah, Alison and all team was very helpful, patient and professional during the finding my perfect dress, veils and all small details. They courage me to be open minded during the process of finding the perfect dress. I've been trying on few dresses in different styles and always got a professional advice and comment. A fantastic service provided from start to finish. Ahead of my first appointment, I was asked about the styles of dresses I liked so the staff were fully prepared when I did arrive! During my appointment they listened carefully to my opinions and did everything they could to help me find my dream dress which they did! I tried on lots of simply stunning dresses and eventually found the most beautiful dress imaginable. Couldn't have hoped for more; what a fabulous bridal shop!
