Never have I been to a wedding dress shop where the customer service was exceptional and I (being the bride) was her sole focus. Mary listened to exactly what I wanted when picking my wedding dress and I had plenty of choice to try. I fell in love with a Stella York a line lace dress that made me feel so beautiful and I have the wedding room to thank for that. Mary was so helpful and full of ideas that I used her other services too. (Chair covers and flowers). I recommend her highly.

They were very helpful from start to finish - even though the first dress was the one they helped me try on lots of other styles to check to make sure I was making the right choice - they had the perfect shoes and vail to match to make the outfit complete and kept my dress well hidden and safe until the day before the wedding - they even had their seamstress double check the fit even though it was already perfect to help calm my nerves

From the moment I contacted The Wedding Room, Mary gave me so much confidence. She made the whole experience so easy and magical, giving honest opinions without being pushy. The Wedding Room store is set out lovely and the extension in the shop is fab. I would recommend any bride to be to go and see Mary. The dress collections provide a great range for all shapes, sizes and styles. Mary doesn't stop at the dresses offering flowers, chair and table decs and invites, etc. Massive thumbs up from me

I have visited fair number of bridal shops and tried over 60 dresses till I find the one! This must mean something, as it took me a while to find trust able wedding shop with wide range of different style wedding dresses. Mary made me & my bridal party feel very welcome and there wasn't any awkward silences or anything like that. She has also given some great advice, such as how I can pose with my dress, the position of veil, etc.

I would recommend the wedding room to anyone, from the minute I arrived Mary made me and my family feel welcome and comfortable. Mary's knowledge of products is brilliant and she quickly helped me to select a dress that I absolutely loved! Once purchased, Mary kept in close contact so I knew as soon as my dress had arrived. She invited me for a fitting really quickly and from then on the whole process was seamless. Overall, a brilliant experience x

I was despairing of finding a dress before going to the bridal room. I explained what I had tried that I didn't like and what I was looking for. Mary gave me one dress to try on and it was the one! Mary surprised us with a little bottle of champagne to celebrate finding the dress. Kathryn the seamstress was amazing, she made the dress fit me perfectly. I felt a million dollars on my wedding day and everybody loved the dress.

I am very grateful to Mary for her care and expertise in finding me (a very apprehensive bride/who didn't know what type of dress she wanted) the perfect dress. She even made the whole experience fun, supplying great tea, accomodating my mums (she lives away) and my bridesmaids availability (who all have varying working patterns) with managing of my hang up's in a kind but often humourous way. Communication was timely and clear with no hidden suprise. Thank you it was fab working with you.

The Wedding Room was simply unlike any other bridal shop, I visited many in the area and felt much snobbery as I had a lower budget , this shop never quizzed me or pushed my budget and the service was amazing . So sad I am now married and won't be going to any more appointments

The service was great from start to finish. My dress was in the window display, Mary was happy to take the dress off the dummy for me to try on. I knew I wanted a LouLou bridal dress. The Wedding Room was the closest stockist, the shop was easy to find. My dress fit perfectly without any alteration needed. I felt like a princess on my special day.

Mary and The Wedding Room Mary is so approachable and friendly and completely puts you at ease. Nothing is too much trouble! She makes sure she has time to show you all what is available and spends time ensuring that you are happy with your final choice. Customer service is second to none and Mary is always happy to see you and help you in any way possible, even to opening the shop after hours to accommodate m y dress fittings.
