I'm not sure how to convey what a treat it has been to spend time with the girls from The Bridal Lounge. From the moment we walked into the boutique we were welcomed so warmly I knew this would be the place I would find my gown. We had great fun and I found the most beautiful dress, we found the time to call back with my bridesmaids and it was so easy to have everything from one shop. Sara kept in touch every step of the way, informing me when the dresses arrived and when I should start to plan my fitting appointments. On my day I decided to use their dressing service and I was so pleased with that decision. Sara took away the stress of the morning and I didn't feel rushed at all. She even got involved with the photographer ensuring the photo's of my dress were just perfect. Girls if you only visit one boutique, let this be it!

Could not recommend this boutique enough...top class customer service, so friendly and welcoming from the moment you step in the door! The lovely Sara was by far one of the best bridal consultants I have came across, nothing was a bother to her! I got my amazing wedding dress from here , it was perfect for me i got it on my first vist , Sam was there when i got my dress she was so kind an helpfull , then Sara took over an she was just as amazing made me feel at ease an was soo helpful thank soo much sara ��xx

Fabulous friendly service . Wedding in four weeks, bride slightly behind on planning � but made to feel relaxed and in two hours we were all kitted out, bride and two bridesmaids. Highly recommend .

Had a great experience on my visit to this luxury boutique, we were made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure to buy and we weren't rushed in any way. I found the most stunning gown, and it was set to perfection when Sara advised on y accessories. We all got so caught up in the moment. We made a second appointment to return and then selected from stunning bridesmaids dresses- hard to find anywhere else. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress �

Amazing amazing service from the moment I walked through the door Sara was wonderful she made me feel so comfortable. I returned to the shop a few too many times so different members of the family could see my beautiful dress. My final fitting I met Sara who was exactly the same welcoming and friendly. On the day of my wedding both Sara and Sam were amazing they came to dress me and my bridesmaids and I would recommend to anyone to pay for this service as putting that special dress on just right is what they do best they even went to the trouble to set me up for some photos before I walked down the isle. I found the perfect dress here, Sara was very helpful allowing me the time to try on as many dresses as I wanted and coming back to sort things out as many times as I needed too. The seamstress did an amazing job of altering the dress even with all the tricky lace detailing and layers and it fitted like a glove. The bridal lounge are so friendly, from the minute I stepped through the door I felt welcomed. My appointment was with Sara, she was fantastic; honest but in a really nice way.
