Each piece is made to handmade order. If you require a rush order please get in touch to discuss. My gifts such as horseshoes and garters usually ship out within 2-5 working days. Headwear and veils usually ship out within in 1-2 weeks. Bespoke pieces are 2-12 week lead-times depending on what we agree is needed at consultation but can be rushed depending on time of year on request. I really aim to never say no to anyone.

I use 3 Royal mail services for shipments

Tracked 48 is an estimated 2 working days service and does not require a signature

Tracked 24 is an estimated 1 working day service and does not require a signature

Special delivery is a GUARENTEED next day service pre 1pm ( except for Saturdays ) and REQUIRES a signature

I offer free tracked 48 or 24 on orders over £50

I do not offer free guarenteed next day delivery

If you need this guaranteed for a Saturday please message me for options as I can offer this in certain circumstances

I do- again this is via Royal Mail tracked and signed and depends on where to on price. I’ve had to cut all European deliveries since Brexit sadly and I am now unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to a new checking system that has been introduced making this not worthwhile for small sellers. If you have a UK based addresses your item can be sent to instead and brought to your wedding please consider this!

At the moment USA is still shapable but tariff dependent. I cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duties on your item- these are imposed by the country the item is shipping to and to be paid by the customer.

I offer refunds on unsuitable online range pieces unless they are personalised but unfortunately not on bespoke.

Faulty personalised or bespoke items can of course be refunded on discussion.

Please return your item within 7 days of receipt in original box/packaging and drop me an email regarding this in advance

I do not cover return postage sadly. I would recommend you return via a tracked service in order to ensure you are covered as I can’t be responsible for it going missing.

This can usually be accommodated! Not everything slightly different has to be bespoke or requires consultations. As I make everything by hand, I can usually make some tweaks. Drop me an email about what you need, I always aim to please!

My gifts can also be modified in terms of colour, beading etc

Bespoke starts at £195 and this includes your consultation(s) I do not charge for consultation but only offer these for customers who intend to order. Consultations can be in person or virtual. Please head to my bespoke page on the website to read more about the process.

I am always happy for you to arrange to see me at a wedding fair to try on pieces or to pop to my studio on a woking day in my hours of 10-3pm to quickly try on something you would like to order.

I tend to not do bespoke gifts unless part of a bigger order, but items like horseshoes using your own horseshoe or garters using your own fabric are possible if you can send it to me. Tweaks in colour etc can be accommodated via a messaged and don't tend to result in price differences
