Lyndsey was an absolutely incredible woman who helped me find my dress. Not only did i say yea to the dress she knew how to throw just the right curve ball options to ensure i left feeling TOTALLY certain i had not only found the right dress but that i had been given the experience you dream off. It was a fun process even though i was nervous and myself and my near and dear all felt like we were incredibly special, we laughed and i bounced around with utter joy, totally unrushed or pressured at all! Honestly in a league of there own! Thankyou!

I popped in to Serenity Brides just on the off chance to enquire if they stocked a dress i’d tried on in Kent, unfortunately they didn’t but invited me to have a look round as there was a sale on, after happily perusing I saw the dress of my dreams peaking out!! One of the sales assistant spotted my find & were only too happy for me to try the dress on without an appointment, they were so incredibly lovely & helpful & of course the second I had the dress on I just knew it was THE dress!! There were tears, bubbly & lots of pics! Simply an amazing day, amazing staff & such a gorgeous shop & dressing rooms!! They were only too happy to help & had boxes of tissues on hand for me & my mum!!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Valerie and the team for my beautiful dress. We got married yesterday and despite the rain, we had the best day. I was complimented all day on how stunning my dress was and I have Valerie to thank for that. We booked our wedding only 5 months ago so as soon as we had confirmed it I went straight out looking for my dress. It was the last dress I tried on that day but it needed quite a few alterations and changes to make it perfect for me. Valerie assured me it could be done and she made it happen. I felt amazing on my wedding day. Thank you to you all.

Today I said yes to the dress! X finding my wedding dress was slowing becoming the most stressful part of planning our wedding as I was just genuinely dreading! X being a plus size bride and not happy with with my size I just didn’t want to do it! X but Chantelle and all the ladies at serenity were amazing! X she listened to what I wanted from my dress, we tried and few on, found some good ones and then she went and got one for me to try and this turned out to be the dress of my dreams! X she was extremely patient and helpful! X I had such a lovely time at both visits and can’t wait till my dress comes in so I can put it on again!!! X the seamstress even came to me as I wanted to add a little something to the dress and she couldn’t have been more helpful either!!! X THANKYOU SERENITY!!!! X and sending yet another hug Chantelle’s way!!! X she’s a star and a credit to your team! X x x x

I went to Serenity Brides at there old shop in October 2016 and found my dream dress with the help of the girls in there. When my dress arrived I went to the new shop to try it on where it was then altered to my shape, I went in for another couple of appointments where they made sure my dress was perfect. I had my day on the 22/10/2017 and I honestly felt like a princess which I wouldn’t have done if it hadn’t been for the wonderful girls at serenity brides. Thank you so much for everything that you did for me and for my bridesmaids with there beautiful dresses Aime x
