Something special has been created in Ruby Frances Bridal. The girls were so kind, so reassuring and so accommodating throughout the whole process. Finding and saying ‘yes’ to my dress was such a beautiful experience. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was being given a sales pitch, and later when I was having a few wobbles about my dress, nothing was too much trouble! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from such a friendly and down to earth business. Thank you so much x

Sophie was absolutely amazing helping me find my wedding dress. They have a beautiful selection and are so helpful during the whole process. They are completely led by you and what you would like rather than trying to sell you any dress and put absolutely no pressure on you to purchase if you don’t want to, which is lovely to experience. I can’t thank these girls enough being a store that has sample gowns gave me the opportunity to get a designer dress on a small budget a dress that would cost me thousands cost me less than a couple hundred I felt like an absolute princess on our wedding day I thought I would have to settle on a online dress but not the quality I wanted and being able to go into a store and try dresses on and have the whole bridal experience, the girls were so helpful and welcoming.

The girls here are so warm, friendly and knowledgeable and put a nervous bride-to-be at ease. They really go the extra mile too. I highly recommend! They have a great selection of dresses too!
