What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Goodness I've seen so many. Real Green Dress brides tend to be very creative people. Sometimes we incorporate something from a mother or grandmother's wedding attire in a bride's outfit which is always a lovely touch.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We start with an informal chat. We might swap images and ideas and then the bride has a personal appointment to try on gowns. Sometimes she comes alone or brings a stylist or a relative or friends with her. The appointments are very relaxed even though there are sometimes a few tears ( good ones). Some brides take their dress away with them that day, others come back for further appointments when alterations are needed or to try on veils and accessories. I am always available for advice up to the day and I love seeing all the photographs I get sent afterwards.
What do you love most about your job?
I love so many things about my job, I know I am very lucky.
What is your favourite style of wedding dress?
I love whichever dress I am currently working on!

Traditionally a tiny blue bow stitched under the gown
