New Beginnings Bridal

0 stars if I could. 1st appointment felt rushed but we found a dress and paid in full, 2nd appointment was booked incorrectly so wasnt a full appointmebt only 30 mins, 3rd appointment fine and found a different dress I loved! Paid the difference. Checked in 3 months before my wedding to be hit back with an email to say the store has closed with immediate effect. Next email was that we needed to Contact our suppliers directly which I did to find out they had my dress but it hadn't been sent as it wasn't paid for. (I paid in full 1 year before!) I have had to pay again. She is not responding to emails or anything and bow trying to get the payment back from the bank which is proving difficult without a confirmed delivery date! I really hope she doesn't open a new business as she has scammed hundreds of people out of the joyous moment of finding their wedding dresses and their perfect day.

I was the MOH at my best friends wedding and we decided to go to New beginnings for our bridesmaids dresses. Rhiannon was amazing from the very start! The boutique is stunning, the service is outstanding and I will definitely be coming back to buy my bridal gown here. It was a real treat to see someone who had a passion for helping brides achieve their vision in such a friendly way. The choice of gowns were really good and even when covid hit, New Beginnings handled everything wonderfully.

Rhian was so warm and welcoming, and she found me the perfect dress on the first try. I was quite nervous when I first came in as I was on my own, but she reassured me that a lot of brides come in on their own. Would a 100% recommend

I went to New Beginnings with my best friend Sadie and after months of searching we found her dream dress!! They had such a good range, from special dresses freshly imported to gorgeous dresses at really reasonable prices. Rhian who owns the shop was amazing, such a lovely genuine person and really gave a personable service. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Rhian who helped me finally find my dream dress!!! This was my 8th bridal shop and I must have tried on over 50 dresses! New Beginnings stock the gorgeous LiRi Bridal Collection from Israel so I didn't think twice about travelling down from Preston to try on the range.....and luckily I found it!!! The shop also support local charities such as the RSPCA and help ill and struggling brides too, so I was so pleased to be buying from such a kind person. I can't wait to come back and try on my dress when it arrives. Sadie xxx

What an amazing afternoon I had looking for my wedding dress at New Beginnings! Rhian was lovely and made the experience unforgettable. The choice of dresses was amazing and she was so patient with me trying on so many different styles. I had a tight budget and it was no problem for her to work with. Getting married on a budget is no problem for this team, and the variety of dresses and quality - divine! Well what can I say... I have been searching for months and months for the perfect wedding dress,I'm very particular. I decided to post on a wedding site too see if anyone could help me and out pops new beginnings!! They messaged me and asked what it was I was after, style, color, shape etc. Rhian then started to send over pictures and I was floored with the most beautiful dress I have ever seen, I tried the exact same dress on in a designer boutique at an eye watering £1200 😱 it was just impossible to spend that amount of money! Rhian then went out her way to go too her boutique and take pictures of the dress on the mannequin! I have chose my dress,veil,shawl and tiara, they are stunning 💝 I'm paying my deposit tomorrow to secure my dress and driving over to Milton Keynes to then pick my dress up I'm blinking over the moon and so happy with the custom of care I have received!! I highly recommend this boutique 💝😍😘
