We take a £25 holding deposit, refunded when you attend. It is retained for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice. Refunds take 5–10 working days.

We recommend starting around 12 months before your wedding. Most ordered dresses take 14–20 weeks, depending on the designer and season, with time needed afterwards for alterations. If your wedding is sooner, ask us about off-the-peg dresses and possible rush options.

Our made-to-order wedding dresses range from £1,200 to £4,000. We also have off-the-peg sale dresses available year-round, with most priced under £1,000. Alterations are charged separately.

Our bridal samples range from sizes 10–26, and most dresses can be ordered in sizes 4–32. Sizes vary by designer and style, so please get in touch if you have a particular dress or size in mind.

Of course! To keep everyone comfortable in our bridal suites, we recommend bringing up to three guests plus the bride. This is a recommendation because of the space available, rather than a strict guest limit.

Yes. Our Natalya James own-label dresses are handmade by our team in our Ampthill studio. We offer bespoke dresses designed individually for you, and made-to-measure options using an existing design. For bespoke work, we recommend allowing 6–12 months.

Yes, we welcome wedding dresses bought elsewhere. Standard bridal alterations typically cost around £250–£450, with a final quote at your first fitting based on the dress and work required. We recommend starting 8–12 weeks before your wedding. Select “Alterations Appointment” when booking.

Yes, we stock Linzi Jay and Jacqueline Louise Bridesmaids, with traditional structured and multiway styles. Linzi Jay dresses are £185–£235 and Jacqueline Louise dresses are £100–£125. Usual order times are 8–12 weeks. Select “Bridesmaids dress appointment” when booking.

You’ll find us on the first floor at 102–104 Dunstable Street, Ampthill, MK45 2JP. Our entrance is under the archway next to Lucia Hair Art, first door on the right. Access is by stairs only; there is no lift or step-free access.
