Jana is very welcoming and friendly, it was such a nice calm and relaxed environment and experiences. Jana always had a smile on her face, you can tell she loves her job. She was also very accommodating as I was able to return the same day to re-try and purchase the dress because as soon as I left i knew it was the one.
