There are so many fabulous weddings that we have been lucky enough to be part of but one quirky image that stands out for me is of our beautiful Indian bride wearing a colourful tartan dress which was the Chinese/Scottish tartan walking under an umbrella wearing wellington boots as she made her way to the venue.

Sewing in a cutting from the bride's Grandmothers wedding dress into the lining.

We have a relaxed discussion all about your wedding and find out as much as possible about you and your wedding plans before starting to try on dresses. We have lots of different shapes and styles to try on. If you are having a Couture wedding dress we will sketch the style after trying on different shapes and discuss and show you fabrics. Once a design is finalised we will work out the price. We ask for a 50% deposit and then we start the fitting process. Your pattern is individually made to your measurements there will be a toile fitting followed by 2 or 3 further fittings so that your dress fits you like a glove on your wedding day. The balance is paid on collection of a Couture dress or if your dress is from our Studio collection when it arrives in the shop. Mostly we like you to enjoy the run up to your wedding and the time spent with us.

Creating dream dresses and seeing the brides leave the shop happy and smiling . We love receiving the photographs from the wedding day and really look forward to these dropping into our inbox
