What is your most memorable wedding?
I don't have one wedding in particular but every year I have favourites and its usually the brides who dare to do something a little different!

What about your business are you most proud of?
After 19yrs, I've seen a few weddings! But recently we had a bride who told us she used to walk past our window on her way to school and loved staring at the beautiful gowns. Well now shes all grown up and gets to wear one of our gorgeous gowns for herself! It does make me feel old though!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Pick a budget and stick with it. But don't compromise.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I have had a few brides have their pets at weddings and recently we've made bow ties for dogs to co-ordinate with the wedding colours.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I always discuss with a bride where her wedding is being held and what style she envisions wearings. From there we select a few gowns close to her image and I always have a 'wildcard'!
What do you love most about your job?
Everything, but pinning a gown during the alterations is by far the most important part and always most satisfying.
What is your favourite style of wedding dress?
Classic ball gown in satin, but with a modern twist
What is the best way to incorporate "Something Blue" into the wedding outfit?
Its usually the blue bow on a garter, but we've embroidered initials on to gowns in blue silk.
What is your favourite wedding dress of all time?
It has to be my own, afterall I did make it myself!!
