The team at Icon Bridal are so friendly and make you feel extremely special. They are knowledgeable about what styles would suit the individual bride. Their bubbly and friendly style and personalities make the experience a very pleasurable and enjoyable one. As a 2nd time bride, this was a far more enjoyable experience the 2nd time around and I was so happy with the style, colour and accessories to match my dress. I had so many compliments on my Wedding day; Bridal deserve to win the title.

From the first moment I entered Icon Bridal, Amy, Tracey and Lorraine were there to offer expertise and help towards the purchase of my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. They were friendly and complimentary about the choice of my wedding dress making me feel like I was an individual and not just another customer. Their communication at all stages of the purchase was excellent to the final collection date and time. I felt like they were always genuinely interested in my wedding.

As soon as I walked into the shop I instantly felt welcomed. They were all so helpful and they made my shopping experience so pleasent! Everything was so smooth (including fittings etc) and never felt stressed worrying about my dress or anything. These girls helped me find my dream dress and I will never forget them for that! They always go beyond and above and the service is outstanding! If we ever renew our vows I will deffinatley be going back.

I booked an appointment with Icon Bridal after recommendation by my mother in law to be at the time. I tried on several dresses including the dress from the window display and nothing was too much trouble, I felt relaxed and comfortable and it was a fun and joyful experience for myself and my family who I brought along to my fitting. I didn't feel obligated to buy a dress or pressured into trying on 100's of dresses to make a sale and I would recommend them to anyone and I had an incredible day

The ladies at Icon are as excited about your wedding as you are. They make you feel like you will be a princess on your wedding day. Nothing is too much trouble for them, you could try on every dress in the shop if you wanted and they give you their honest opinion. There was no sales type speak, they really want you to look and feel great on your big day.

Icon bridal was by far the best wedding dress shop I visited. The ladies were incredible! So welcoming and friendly felt so at ease! Felt like a girls night out had some fizz and a chat and a good laugh. The dresses were stunning! I bought my wedding dress veil and head piece all were excellent quality and great value for money! Since then I have recommended Icon to other brides!
