I am mostly proud of my customer service.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
The bride has an online or over the phone consultation with me where we discuss the type of style that they want.They have 2 options either they choose one of my designs on the website or they have their own design they want created.The next step is i get to take their measurements or we can do it remotely.I will then start working on creating the client's dress and they can come in for a dress fitting and if there are any alterations that need to be done they will be included.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see how happy the bride is when they come to collect their dress.
