Wonderful ladies, relaxed experience , really care about listening to what you want and take your opinions on board unlike other places I’ve visited. Felt listened to and valued as a customer, came back for suits for our 11 men grooms party which was no easy feat im sure but the ladies were amazing and really good with the children. Sorted all the alterations out, sent reminder messages regarding alterations and suit fittings and kept us all updated the whole way. Couldn’t fault the dresses or service. A whole multitude of gowns could have been the one! Thank you ladies

After going to a bridal boutique and being underwhelmed by expensive dresses that looked nice on the hanger and less nice on it was a breath of fresh air going to House of Oliver! Highly recommend - Roxy was so helpful and friendly, I felt relaxed and not pressured into buying something I didn't like. The price is so much better than extortionate wedding dress boutiques and I got so many compliments about my beautiful dress. Also highly recommend the seamstress they use . :)

This shop is amazing and the staff are very helpful. I went to get ideas on a dress as this was the first shop I had been to and I ended up finding my perfect dress. They have a large selection of dresses and plenty of accessories to help you find your perfect dress and the staff are full of knowledge on what suits and look good. I'm so pleased I tried this shop first as it saved me lots of stress shopping around for my dress.

Fantastic service from start to finish. After sending a message on Facebook and receiving a very quick response an appointment was made at the shop. Excellent communication about the dress, honest opinions given and made to feel special. Lots of time given during appointments. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Katie and Roxie they were professional, patient and understanding. Constantly intouch with me throughout, and their sense of humor was invaluable!! I would recommend to any new bride.

We hear about house of oliver through Facebook and friends that live in the area the manager contacted us with in a couple of hour made an appointment for viewing and trying the lady was very very helpful and patience with me she was very helpful with her views I explained what I wanted and she found the dress of my dreams

House of Oliver Bridal shop is fantastic. Katie (the owner) was brilliant from the moment we called to book an appointment. She stayed open out of hours and didn't hesitate to stay open late. She had a great selection of dresses, being a larger woman I thought I would struggle to find a perfect wedding dress. I had been to other shops and had to try on size 12 dresses (I'm a size 20) but Katie had so many plus size beautiful dresses. Katie was confident and helpful but not at all pushy!

The ladies at house of oliver were amazing, they were nothing but helpful and friendly and we even ended having EVERYTHING from them. Brides dress, bridesmaid dresses and even grooms suit and even grooms men suit hire. Everything was top quality and amazing value!

I had a brilliant time trying on and finding my perfect dress Katie was so lovely and helpful and I found my perfect dress I didn't even need to look anywhere else I also towards the end needed some alterations sing to my dress and she put me in touch with a wonderful lady who altered my dress perfectly I couldn't of asked for anything else I strong recommend them to other brides I know

Very warm welcoming shop who are there for your every need.. the staff are fantastic and I found a dress on my first visit.. definitely would recommend these to anyone getting married
