I literally cannot thank Fross enough for the incredible experience they provided. I booked a VIP appointment so I could take all my bridal party with me and everything exceeded my expectations! The set up was stunning and the environment was relaxed yet extremely professional. A huge thank you to Victoria, she was amazing and so helpful, genuinely nothing was too much trouble! I cannot wait to get married in the most beautiful dress, would recommend Fross in a heartbeat!

Fross and team were amazing from the first point of contact. I was specifically looking for a particular dress when I saw Fross stocked the designer, Nicole Spose. They didn’t have it in the store at the time but they went above and beyond to source the dress in for me from Italy so I could try it and as expected I fell straight in love with it and ordered immediately. Every appointment I had with the team was faultless and the team helped me choose the perfect accessories too. Helen the seamstress is incredibly talented and ensured the dress fit absolutely perfectly in every way. I would highly recommend Fross Wedding Collections, by the far the best wedding dress shopping experience I had when looking for the most important dress of my life!

The girls at Fross were so lovely and welcoming, I found my perfect dress and they were all so helpful with accessories, shoes etc and also letting me come back to the shop again to show the dress to my mum and sister who weren’t able to attend the first appointment. Helen is an absolute talent at dress alterations. She took on everything I mentioned and turned my dress into my absolute dream dress! She was amazing! I can’t thank Fross, Helen and the team enough for all of their help! It was such a lovely experience buying my wedding dress from Fross and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Everyone was so helpful and made the whole experience so enjoyable! I had a quite a lot of alterations done to my dress and Helen the seamstress was absolutely outstanding! I couldn’t have asked for more and my dress was just perfect! Helen also made a dress for my mother in law from scratch and it was absolutely stunning! We both got so many lovely compliments on our dresses and we’ve recommended so many people to Fross!!

Thank you to all at Fross, especially Millie and Helen, for helping me pick and perfect the dress of my dreams. I loved everything about my dress and couldn't have been happier with my choice or the service and kindness shown at Fross Wedding Collections. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and my beautiful dress topped it off. My Stella York gown shone in the glorious sunshine and its flawless design and fit allowed me to be comfortable despite the heat of the day. I came into Fross on Saturday, with 6 months until my wedding with very little hope. I’d had a bad experience at another shop and so I was pretty anxious. However, I could not be happier with the service I was given. We were so well looked after and I left feeling beautiful knowing I had my perfect dress. I felt so emotional for the rest of the day because I finally got that moment that every girl dreams of. I found ‘the one’ and I’m so so so in love. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle and be the beautiful bride I’ve always wanted to be. Thank you so much!!

I spent an entire day in and out of different bridal shops around Surrey and Sussex and I can tell you there was absolutely no competition. The service I received from Fross and her team was outstanding!! From the minute I walked through the door I knew this was a special store. I turned up an hour early for my appointment, stayed over 2 hours and kept them past closing time and at no point did I feel rushed. The ladies bent over backwards to help me visualise my special day and in fact I felt a million dollars in all of the gowns I tried on. There is no ‘hard sale’ and when Fross could have tried to push a more expensive similar dress as ‘the one’ she didn’t try once, she was very honest with her opinion. Fross told me that the ‘love their brides‘ as that’s exactly how I felt. Not only did I find my perfect dress, I’ve been given a memorable experience by the team. "Wow! What an incredibly enjoyable experience at Fross. The team made me feel at ease, they were so friendly and very helpful with helping me to make decisions. I was looked after by Millie and she was delightful; very attentive, caring and kind and if you need a boost in body confidence, Millie is your girl! Very professional and she made so much effort to make sure that every dress I tried on, was pinned and pulled to make it as realistic in size as possible to give the full effect of what the dress would look like on me....
