The boutique has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and the whole appointment felt relaxed and personal from start to finish. Charlotte and Alison were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. When purchasing my wedding dress, Alison and charlotte were so helpful, and attentive to every detail, you could tell they wanted me to have the perfect dress and were genuinely ready to help that happen. I found them to be welcoming and provided the perfect atmosphere from the first appointment all the way until the day I collected my dress. I would recommend any future brides visit them as you will not only find your perfect dress but also find people who care and want to make your ideal wedding dress dreams come true. Fairytale Bride was the first place I visited to look for the perfect wedding dress and it did not disappoint. Alison and Char was so welcoming from the moment I turned up with my entourage at the front door right to the end when I said YES to the dress! Alison and Char made me feel so comfortable and gave me the time to try on different dresses and to discuss which one was the one! Where do I start? I was fortunate enough to win the "NHS bride" competition back in 2020, which now seems so long ago. Initially I thought it to be a joke that I could be so lucky! I was very quickly contacted by Alison and Charlotte to arrange a bridal appointment. I went with my parents, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel so welcome. I can only compare Alison and Charlotte to a sibling and auntie, as they are so honest and helpful throughout the consultation. They made me feel so at ease, special and made me even more excited for my upcoming wedding. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process, and messaged me beyond the wedding day, which was so lovely to receive. I cannot thank both Alison and Charlotte at Fairytale Brides enough, not only for my amazing wedding dress, but for the whole experience that they gave me. ANY bride would be very lucky to pick and wear one of their amazing dresses, and even more lucky to have them help and guide them. No amount of "thank you's" will ever express how grateful I am to you both.

Fairytale Bride is the place to say YES to the dress. They made me feel so comfortable right from the very beginning! Both ladies offered me so much advice on what style would suit my figure and I found the most beautiful dress!! The boutique is absolutely gorgeous and you honestly feel extra special when you're there. I would 100% recommend booking an appointment here. There are so many amazing dresses to choose from.
