I bought my wedding dress from here last Christmas and would thoroughly recommend it. The whole experience from start to finish was lovely, Donna made me feel so comfortable and at ease and was so knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and everything was really personal and tailored to me, my body shape and my preferences. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on but I still got to try lots of other lovely dresses too. We went shopping afterwards and tried some dresses that were cheaper but the experience was nowhere near what Donna offered us and I would rather pay a bit more and get such a nicer quality dress than just choose one because it's a bit cheaper. We have just got married and I felt every inch the princess in my dress and everybody commented on how beautiful and unique it was. Thank you so much for all your help!

I came in to the store in August convinced I was going to buy a dress from another store but had already booked the appointment so went anyway. We were made to feel really comfortable and I ended up falling in love with a dress here instead. Becky was even able to help with the price as it was slightly over my budget. When I got it home I realised there were some tiny holes in the lace so they repaired it for me no problem and at no charge. They were more than helpful the entire time and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Essex bridal outlet. Becci was so helpful and lovely. Huge range of dresses reasonably priced and I eventually found ‘the one’ thank you so much I can’t wait to wear it now x x

The bridesmaids lounge is fantastic with knowledgeable and helpful staff. A lovely experience and got my girls their perfect dresses.

Once again a fantastic service from this brilliant shop, Donna is so helpful and supportive and made the process of helping my daughter choose her dress and accessories so painless. I cant recommend the Essex Bridal Outlet enough, Donna and Becky were amazing! I had been to a few shops over the last year and tried on a fair few dresses and just didnt ever get that 'this is the dress' feeling. I couldnt put my finger on exactly what i wanted or needed but Donna and Becky were so helpful, they knew exactly what worked and what didnt - their knowledge and expertise is in invaluable. I was made to feel so special and finally, the last dress i tried on was the one! I said yes to the dress and its BEAUTIFUL ! Thank you so much for finding my dream dress for me xxx

Fantastic experience with Donna. I was absolutely spoilt for choice as I loved every dress! Felt at ease, there was no rush and we enjoyed a cheeky prosecco 🥂 Dress prices are very reasonable and whilst I’ve not had my wedding day yet will be heading back here for my accessories!

I needed to buy a last minute dress as I changed my mind, they knew my wedding was coming up quick so they fit me in for an appointment and were amazing! The dresses are beautiful and the service is amazing! Just wish I would have gone here first! Highly recommend this shop! Thanks so much x
