It was a great first appointment. Natalie was extremely helpful and accomodating and made me feel very comfortable. There was a good variety of very affordable dresses. I've recommended this botique now to multiple friends.

Rob was so patient with me and helped give me the confidence to try on dresses as I am body conscious. Nothing was too much trouble and Rob was so patient with me. I was lucky enough to be there when a new delivery came in and Rob was excited to show me a few dresses that had just come in and that he thought I’d love and he was right. A really lovely experience! Gorgeous set up. Fantastic wide range of dresses. I felt so comfortable and at ease. No pushy sales. Offered advice and explained how a dress could be adapted, if required, by their seamstress business partner. Clearly a well established bridal shop with very experienced owners. I visited Creatiques in September on an impulsive trip to find my wedding dress. After searching online which seemed like forever I came across Creatiques page with my dress!! I immediately called and they answered the phone with a great telephone manor, I was booked in for that weekend for their first appointment. When I arrived they were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for me. They helped me into my dress and styled me up to make me feel like a bride! I bought my dress there and then. They then gave me a Creatiques candle to burn on my wedding day as a favour for purchasing through them. An amazing touch to any purchase making it even more special and tailored experience. I would recommend anyone to shop here for their dream gown.

I really cannot thank all the staff in the shop especially Rob and Kayleigh who really do listen to you and go above and beyond enabling you to get that dream dress. I am a size 18 and had gone into a previous dress shop who implied that my appointment was pointless as I was bigger than there dresses so I couldn’t really get a dress there. I had never felt so low about myself. A couple of months later I went to a wedding fair and there was the most beautiful gowns and two of the most honest but kind people I have met in the industry. That Monday I booked an appointment to try on dresses. When I arrived with my mum and daughter we were welcomed by Rob and Kayleigh who offered us a drink and asked what I was looking for. I had explained my previous experience and said I understand if you don’t have many options to which they put me to rest straight away. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted as I had always gone for a 50s style dresses but that is what everyone was expecting. So I explained I didn’t want a standard dress and I would like to try a Romantic style. Kayleigh said I think I have the perfect dress and went to one of there rails and pulled out this stunning dress. I loved it on the hanger but was sooooo worried it was going to look awful on me as it was princess style. Kayleigh and rob reassured me to try it on and I did. They were spot on. I put it on the curtain went back and I was smiling. My mum and daughter looked and said that ‘its perfect ‘. I tried in other dresses just to double check but my heart was already sold to the 1st dress. Kayleigh then suggested to try the vail I explained I don’t really like vails then she showed me the vail that came with the dress and again I changed my mind. All my visits after the initial visit were as welcoming and caring as the first. Particularly on one of my dress fittings when I asked if Kayleigh could take photos of me in the dress for my grandma who was unfortunately in her last months of living and wouldn’t make my wedding day. Kayleigh did and my grandma got to see my dress which was the last thing she smiled about. When my dress arrived it needed some alteration and they put me in touch with an amazing seamstress who used there shop as a base. The final day before the team steamed my dress for me and checked everything was perfect. My wedding day wow what a day and my dress was an amazing attraction to people everyone commented on it stating how stunning it was and how it was completely different to my normal style. I truly felt amazing and the unconfident bride at the start of dress shopping was now smiling and feeling absolutely beautiful. Creatiques really do listen to what the bride is saying however if something does not suit you they are honest and will inform you of what they think in the correct way. The whole experience was amazing and I will always be thankful for meeting them and will never recommend any other shop. Massive thank you Creatiques team.

Simply beautiful dresses and the people are really lovely and helpful but my reason for not giving it 5* is because they do not allow you take pictures when you're trying dresses on for 'copyright reasons' which you were allowed to do everywhere else I visited with no problems makes it seem a bit of a made up reason it kind of makes things a bit awkward - surely if it's copyright they'd all have the same rules 🤷

My first experience with Creatiques was with the lovely Kayleigh. I said I didn't want a 'normal' wedding dress, I needed it to be a bit more fun and funky. She was absolutely brilliant in helping me identify what I did and didn't want in a dress. I then attended the Justin Alexander event where Andrew helped me try on a variety of dresses. It was soon very clear that we had found THE ONE! With Andrews experience in dressmaking, he was able to come up with the perfect alterations to make my dress a little more quirky and give it the WOW factor that I had been looking for. Absolutely brilliant service, above and beyond anything else I had experienced. Buying my wedding dress was such a positive experience with lots of fun and laughter - no stress involved here!

What can I say, an amazing experience from start to finish! I had a set idea about what I wanted, something suitable for an older, 2nd time bride and not too ‘weddingy’...... The wonderful staff were very patient as I tried on dress and dress which just didn’t come up to expectations. I finally tried on a dress that was in the window, shoe string straps, low back, train, the works. Completely opposite to my wish list, but WOW, I fell in love and felt a million dollars on the big day, so much so I was hugely disappointed when I had to take it off at the end of the night!! The experience and customer service at Creatiques is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any future brides. Thank you!

I’m not a girly girl in the slightest so when I stepped into creatiques I had no clue what I was looking for. I’d not long had a baby either so my self confidence was really low! But the team there were very reassuring, knowledgable and boosted my confidence. I get married on 4th April 2018 and going to creatiques has been my most favourite part of the wedding planning! Thank you!

As an "older" bride - I was very apprehensive and concerned about making the right choice of gown. I need not have worried, Rob and Christine made me feel so welcome and at ease and offered such a professional service and honest and helpful advice. Needless to say I found the perfect gown - a simply stunning Justin Alexander design - and later returned to purchase a Mark Lesley bridesmaid gown for my daughter. Once again the sevice was outstanding, with Rob going through various opions and colour choices, with such a dedicated and professional manner. He also went that extra mile and suggested ordering extra fabric in the same colour so we could have co-ordinated ties and pocket squares made for the groom and his groomsmen and a sash our flower girl. The fitting service is amazing and the entire team at Creatiques are so passionate about what they do, that nothing is too much trouble. This bridal service is simply the best !
