I'd like to say a huge thank you to Sadie. From my very first appointment to the day I picked up the finished dress, Sadie was an angel. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease all the time. I cannot thank her enough for making sure that I wore the perfect dress on our big day. Thank you!

Highly recommend this shop - the ladies at BBS are kind and thoughtful and really want to make sure you have the best experience. I bought my dress with them in late 2019 and they were so accommodating with us moving our date. Sadie also did my alterations and I looked forward to going in every time. I cannot recommend them enough, and I absolutely loved my dress!

Sadie and the team at Brides by Solo are exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are completely happy and comfortable with your dress. Nothing is too much effort, and their alterations are perfect! I also had embroidered names on my veil, which everyone at my wedding loved. Highly recommend if you want to ensure that you are cared for every step of the way.

Thank you to all Brides by Solo Newmarket Odette and Sadie took the best care of me whilst finding and fitting my wedding dress. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one (which was amazing considering I'd spotted it online via Mark Lesley bridalwear and most people say you don't ended liking what you think you will once you have the dress on - but I did 🥰) As I'm quite short Sadie had her work cut out for her doing my alterations, but she did it perfectly (and some might say I gave her something to keep her busy doing this quitter than usual time for the wedding industry 😩) Thank you both so much, you made me feel like I was visiting friends every time I came in and was always such an exciting time with you even though it wasn't 100% definite that our wedding would go ahead as planned because of covid 🙈

I was quite nervous about trying to find a dress as I left it last minute to pick one only a few months before I was due to get married!. Odette was so kind and helpful when helping me, all my nervousness went away and I had a really fun and happy day finding my dress. highly recommend! my mum also got her wedding dress from this shop many years ago and It was really special to go to the same shop and have a great experience together ❤ all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I had a lovely experience back in August buying my wedding dress at Brides by Solo with my mum. Odette was fantastic and helped me try on a beautiful selection of dresses and veils before I landed on the right one. My wedding ended up being on 2nd November (brought forward 12 days to get in before lockdown) and I have had so many compliments about my dress. I'm so happy with the service I received.

I went to Brides by Solo February 2019, it was the second place I went when dress shopping. As a bigger bride to be, I was sceptical, I didn’t think I’d find a dress anywhere. So I was extremely surprised when Grace said they had many choices for me. I tried a few on but wasn’t too sure. Then I found one, on a mannequin in the window and it was just breath-taking! But two sizes smaller than I was. Grace was amazing, told me we would get it on me. From the second I seen it I knew I wanted it and I wasn’t disappointed when I tried it on. I left that appointment buzzing! The wonderful ladies kept in touch with me for a year until it was time to go back in to try it on again before it was ordered and I was still very much in love with the dress! I went back a few times to put it back on and then for the alterations as I had lost a lot of weight. Sadie was great and done an amazing job with them! On the day of the wedding, Sadie and grace came to put me in my dress and also helped me get in my shoes too. I felt like such a princess. I plan to go back next year when I go dress shopping for our Scottish blessing. The whole experience with the ladies at brides by solo was a dream from start to end! They also found my glasses that I had lost many months before my wedding! Thank you to Odette, Sadie and Grace!

I would highly recommend Brides By Solo! It was the 2nd wedding dress shop that I went, and they made the whole process so effortless.
