The best bridal dress experience which was made by the wonderful Chloe and Alex, who made me feel super comfortable and really special. As well as it being an amazing shop full of choice and stunning dresses. I could not recommend this shop more for choosing your wedding dress, truly personal and full of care!

From the first appointment to collecting my beautiful wedding dress Bridal Suite was fantastic. They made you feel comfortable and at ease. I had the most wonderful experience at The Bridal Suite in Woodthorpe. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and looked after. Chloe and Alex are absolutely fantastic — they made my wedding dress journey feel so special, personal, and completely seamless. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. It truly felt like shopping with friends who wanted the best for me. I cannot put in to words how fantastic Alex, Chloe, Jane and the overall experience was at Bridal Suite. I was recommended by a friend and knew instantly that I didn’t want to go elsewhere; despite there being absolutely no pressure to choose a dress from them and encouragement to shop around! The collection of dresses is wonderful and there is such a wide selection of styles that I really felt like I’d tried on all the different types. The level of customer service is wonderful and they are so genuinely invested in your happiness that I was excited to see them on the fittings; as well as my dress. They also pay so much attention to detail like asking when the Hen Party and then remembering to check how if went. This is really going to be the part I miss about getting married and it is all down to how great they are!

To the most amazing Alex, Chloe and Mum, You are three incredible women whom I would be always grateful to! After spending months visiting boutiques near and far in the search for the perfect wedding dress, I was so lucky that I found you! Since visiting your both shops in one day, I knew that I wanted to use your services. Not because of the large number of gorgeous dresses that you had, but because of your kind, easy-going approach and the honest advice you gave me straight from the beginning. The fact that you even brought in a wedding dress for me to try on, which wasn't part of your collection at the time, meant a lot and just showed me how much you care about the brides you work with, as you went above and beyond just to make sure I could make the right choice! You worked with so much passion, attention to detail, never pressured me about anything and made sure that I was completely comfortable and certain about every aspect of the dress! And in the end it was just perfect! I looked forward to every fitting appointment and now that my wedding is over, I feel a little sad that I don't have an excuse to come and visit you again. Especially since we recently moved from Nottingham to Stockholm, Sweden. I was so excited to see that now two of you are engaged! I am a very shy person and I kept putting off getting my dress, the lovely lady's were very helpful and made me feel special, we had a laugh and they managed with my crazy family. Would absolutely recommend going to them I went to other places to try dresses and nothing compared to theirs even the experience was so much better.
