Selected my dream wedding dress last weekend, not only is the dress amazing the customer service and helpfulness of Michelle was 5*.

Michelle was so patient when I went shopping for 'the one'. I had no idea really what I wanted and I probably tried everything in the shop on!! She had been an absolute gem throughout and made dress shopping sooo easy! I took most of my bridal party and had the best morning ever!

I visited Bridal reloved before I was officially engaged and found my dream dress in my first visit. The lovely seamstresses are going to transform it into a totally unique version (work in progress in the photo) which won’t have been worn by anyone else - my absolute dream come true! Many thanks 😊

As soon as I learnt about the ethos behind Bridal reloved, I knew it was the place that I would like to get my dress from. No way could I justify spending thousands on my dress, I just simply couldn’t afford to but I really didn’t want to compromise on quality and style - this way I could get a designer dress without the designer price tag and be economical at the same time. And actually in reality (because of their amazing seamstresses) I came away with a dress that had been tailored to me with my own personal stamp so it was truly one of a kind. Throughout the whole experience of picking and fitting my dress, Michelle and her team treated me (and my family and friends) in such a friendly, welcoming and personable way. I felt so comfortable and confident and really felt like I was being treated like a friend - I really looked forward to every visit and they made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. I can not recommend Bridal Reloved enough! If only I could do it again every year!!

We had a brilliant day and my husband loved my wedding dress :). The day could not have gone any better. We loved every single minute of the day and wish I could do it all again.

Jenny was really helpful and not at all pushy. She created a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and made an experience that I wasn't looking forward to, enjoyable. The dress I chose fitted my brief perfectly, after thinking I may not find a traditional wedding dress at all. Organising the appointment was really straightforward, the location was easy to find and has plenty of parking, and the choice of dresses was excellent. I also found some shoes.
