Bridal Haven with Kate Elizabeth

Kate was amazing. The best shop with the best selection of dresses by far. Very friendly and accommodating, especially to my hectic work schedule. Excellent was of displaying dresses with pictures. The whole experience was perfect!

Thanks so much Kate for all your help over the course of the past year! Kate has gone above & beyond for me, even coming in on Christmas Eve so my MOH could see my dress. She's so friendly, helpful, professional & reliable. I initially picked her because of which brands she stocked, but I'd recommmend her to anyone looking for a wedding dress. I live outside of the U.K. and Bridal Haven has been fantastic at keeping in touch with me with respect to dress delivery and my fitting. The ladies in the shop did their utmost to accommodate my schedule from outside the UK and my wedding date. The staff are friendly and welcoming with great advice making it a pleasurable experience for every bride!

Kate''s shop is so welcoming and I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. It was the first bridal shop I visited. Kate showed interest in what style of dress I wanted and also suggested different styles. I truly felt like a princess when I tired on the dresses. At the end their was no pressure to purchase. I found Kate was friendly but professional during all my visits. Also Michelle was great and did wonders altering my dress. A wonderful experience highly recommended Kate to any bride to be !

I had a wonderful experience a bridal haven. Kate was so welcoming and made me feel so relaxed unlike other places I'd been. I'd seen a dress online and contacted Kate to try it on, however I wasn't too keen when it was on. Kate suggested a brand new Martina Liana. I fell in love it was perfect. She knew exactly what would suit me and didn't push me into trying anything I didn't want.

Kate was recommended by a friend who got married last year. The process was lovely and kate was really accommodating to let me try the dress on when with my sister or after work. Fittings were done to suit my job as I live in Leeds.i was willing to travel from yorkshire as I couldn't find anything as nice. When I found the dress but wanted a jacket to match, kate and her team were able to steve lace and make a bespoke jacket to match which was gorgeous! Such great service.

Visiting Kate at Bridal Haven felt more like visiting a friend than a sales assistant I had never met before. I felt completely at ease in her company and she helped guide me to chose a wedding dress using her expert knowledge but letting me do it at my own pace. While all this seems obvious and that it should be the experience in every bridal shop, sadly it wasn't for me. Bridal Haven truely was a haven for me. I wish I would get married every year to keep going back

Lovely shop, very accommodating and friendly and made me and my mum very looked after x they served my mum a prosecco while I tried on dresses and after asking budget only showed me dresses within that. Fitted me in last minute for fittings. I felt not like a number or a credit card walking through the door but a bride who Kate did her upmost to find a dream dress for. Equally she wasn't pushy, let me make my own decision, was realistic on time frames and very personal.

After trying on so many dresses and feeling quite stressed I felt instantly relaxed and at ease walking into bridal haven , Kate was just so calming and helpful I knew I was going to find the perfect dress here . I enjoyed every minute of the experience from choosing the dress, alterations,final fitting and then the big day which Kate came along to help me into the dress and also helped with anything and everything else we needed just to make sure we had the perfect day which we definitely did
