Discussion of design, materials and price. When these are agreed, deposit secures the service. My clients get photos of the work process to ensure 100% satisfaction before continuing. So my clients can see the hair accessory being made through photos.
Outstanding balance is paid on the piece completion. Accessory is send via royal mail.
