Sophia Tolli range from £1400-£2400
Blue by Enzoani range from £1800-£2800

Disney range from £1700-£8007
We also have an off the peg or outlet range that is available from £500-£1500 and we hold two sales a year in July and December.
We also offer one closeout which is Black Friday!!
Alterations range from £299-10% off the purchase price for Disney Platinum Gowns.

Ava May Bridal is quite simply, the friendliest, most inviting and all inclusive bridal shop you will ever come across - a bold claim but one that we 100% believe! We believe that every bride deserves to feel like the ONLY bride, and as such we try our very best to accommodate every bride that walks through our doors, regardless of their age, race, size, sexuality, religion or even budget!
We're not in the business of being pushy salespeople and believe that as its one of the biggest decisions you'll make, it shouldn't be rushed. We're not there just to bully you into buying the first dress you 'like' - we're there to help you feel like the amazing woman you are! We 100% want our brides to be a part of our Ava May family and so our service doesn't stop at the door. We are here for you before, during and after - and will offer as much help and support as we can, always.
We have off the rack gowns that start at £300 and can be taken away the same day, right through to custom order official Disney Fairy Tale Weddings gowns that range from £1300-£4600. And we have everything in between too!
We have over 125 gowns in store ready and waiting for you to fall in love all over again and we stock some of the industry's best - and most reliable - designers. We are open fully with 5 days having set opening hours and 2 days that are bookable by appointment only - but don't let that put you off! We only live a short distance from the shop and are always willing to do last minute appointments so never worry about contacting us 'out of hours!'

What is your most memorable wedding?
My bride Kat who was due to get married NYE 2020 but got delayed to 2021 due to Covid. She bought one of my all time favourite gowns and had the most stunning wedding ever!

What about your business are you most proud of?
Our warmth and caring towards all of our customers.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do what's right for you - not everyone else. It's supposed to be YOUR day after all! :-)
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My seamstress quite often hides precious items in the brides dress so that she can feel like she has a lost loved one with her. My favourite was a lost ones hanky that was sewn into the shape of a Robin on the brides train. It sounds a bit strange but it was absolutely beautiful!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We always do an initial consultation with the bride and her entourage at the start of every appointment. It allows us to get to know the bride, her like and dislikes and also helps them get to know us more too. It's a great way to break the ice and to start building a relationship that we hope will last until after the wedding at least! (Although some of our brides still pop in for a coffee now, years after their wedding - which we love!)

What is your favourite style of wedding dress?
Any that makes you feel beautiful of course!
What is the best way to incorporate "Something Blue" into the wedding outfit?
We sew a blue thread into the lining if a bride wants us to, of if they want something even more traditional, we advise on a garter with a blue element in it.
What is your favourite wedding dress of all time?
Elevated Jasmine from the 2021 Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection - it's breathtaking and looks beautiful on everyone who puts it on regardless of their shape, size, colour, age, everything! It's just perfect!
