Simply put, I would not have had a wedding without Ally. My wedding dress was totally amazing loved by all but ally's cheery calming nature and expert knowledge and advice, made the whole process perfect. She has a knack of knowingvexacrly what you need and making the whole process special and great fun. A true genius!

Ally is very welcoming and put me and my friends and family at ease straight away. Ally has an excellent range of dresses at a range of prices. I felt the dresses were of a much higher quality than I'd seen at other bridal boutiques. Ally has been easy to contact to arrange appointments and fittings. I've never felt rushed at any of my appointments and have always felt Ally has a genuine interest in the rest of my wedding and has made really helpful recommendations.

Went above and beyond - had bespoke alterations to my dress. Went directly to dress maker and i ended up having a bespoke dress made. Was prefect!

I knew my dress would be from Ally the moment I walked in the bridal boutique, she was so welcoming and friendly and after a long day of dress trying on was the only person to offer us a drink & biscuits! The boutique is simply stunning and the dresses Ally carries are just beautiful. Ally was great in helping me choose different styles to try on & really encouraging to try something I might not necessarily have tried on, she is so knowledgable & knows what will look good on your body type.

Having visited a variety of wedding dress shops, we walked into the warm & welcoming environment of Alexandra Anne & instantly felt at ease. An amazing selection of dresses & Ally's fantastic tailored advice made finding THE dress a pleassure.She made me feel at comfortable throughout & future visited were accommodated without hassle. Her sense of humour & banter were much appreciated and she coped well with 'wobbles'! Overall a fantastic experience which I continue to reccomend to everyone!

Alexandra Anne was recommended to me by a colleague at work after failing to find the dress and service I had expected at many other bridal stores. The location is idyllic, the venue to cosy and elegant in perfect balance and the crowing glory for Alexandra Anne is Ally herself. I felt so comfortable with her and had such a wonderful time. Ally sold me a dress off the rail and basically made my wedding dreams come true. From the very first phone call to Ally to book an appointment I knew she was going to be fantastic. Her shop is beautiful, welcoming and she puts you and family at ease immediately. She totally 'got' me,understanding exactly what I wanted for my wedding abroad. Her customer service was top class,but so relaxed at the same time. The boutique is tasteful, classic and relaxing. Ally is both patient and positive. The quality and the choice of the dresses is vast with a range of styles. Ally and Grace make you feel like you are the only bride in the world!

Ally was such an amazing bridal shop owner who wasn't snooty like so many are. She knew what type of dress I loved and we got on so well! A very caring and loving person! Can't thank her enough.
