How does a bespoke process work?
We don’t believe in "packages" that box you in. Our process begins with a deep-dive design consultation where we discuss your aesthetic, the "vibe" of your guest experience, and your venue’s architecture. From there, we create a custom design proposal. You aren't choosing from a catalog; we are building a world for you.
Do you work with our florist or provide florals yourself?
We are architects of space. While we focus on the "hard" and "soft" styling, we collaborate closely with your florist to ensure the botanical elements integrate seamlessly. If you haven't chosen a florist yet, we have a curated list of floral artists who excel in high-end installations.
Do you sourse specific items that aren't in your current inventory?
Absolutely. That is the definition of Your Way. If your vision requires a specific vintage lounge set, custom-fabricated neon, or a particular shade of hand-dyed silk from overseas, our sourcing team handles the procurement. You dream it; we find it.
The difference between a Wedding planner and a Venue stylist?
A planner manages your timeline and vendors; we manage your visual world. Think of us as the interior designers of your wedding day. We focus on the textures, the floor plans, the lighting, and the sensory experience of the room. We often work alongside planners to ensure the day looks as good as it runs
When should we begin the design process?
To ensure we can source custom materials and secure your date in our limited calendar, we recommend reaching out 9 to 12 months in advance. However, if you are working on a shorter timeline for an intimate celebration, please contact us to check for bespoke availability.
Do you handle the setup and "strike" (cleanup)
Yes. Our "White-Glove" service means you and your family never see a box or a ladder. Our team handles the precise installation and returns after the celebrations have ended—usually in the early hours of the morning—to discreetly clear the space
