Jenni at Words to Glow has been great from start to finish; we booked our neon sign relatively last minute and everything was provided in an efficient manner. Customer service was top notch, Jenni liaised directly with our venue so we didn’t have to get involved and could focus on other things, and to top it off we had lots of positive comments about the sign from our guests.

My partner Dan was at the GC for the set up and he said Carl who set it up was excellent, really lovely and helpful. I also wanted to say how amazing the signs were, they literally changed the room and the ambience and it looked mint. I’ll send some pics. Thank you so much!
