To have and to hire did an amazing job of styling our wedding! They really listened to what we wanted and were very responsive! Our wedding looked beautiful! Cannot thank them enough!

BEWARE! We got burnt by the T&C’s in their contract which state that in the event of cancellation they will retain 50% of your total payment! We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and no longer needed the items we had originally hired as a friend who had since got married offered to lend us theirs, so tried to cancel but they would only give half our money back, despite us giving 9 months notice for a hire service not used. We pointed out that this was an unfair contract term as per the CMA guidance, and offered to pay £10 to cover their admin costs incurred, but they would not refund us the remaining 50%.

To Have and to Hire were a good company to have admin part of your day but I felt that on the day it was very rushed and panicked. The decorations were exactly what we ordered and the venue looked great. The next day they were there really early and it was quite noisy but I do understand they have to get back to be prepared for other couples. There was some confusion over where some decorations were after the event but this got rectified. They are very good but the feeling of it being rushed was a bit of a shame. I would still recommend them.

We had lots of comments from our guests about or light up O&K at our wedding and I loved that you could change the blind to sparkle setting. I think this supplier have an amazing range on offer.

The quality of service from to have and to hire was outstanding from start to finish. Sarah and the team communicated with our florist Emma to arrange delivery and. collection of items to and from our venue, so this helped reduce our stress. The globe stands and mirror plates we hired made for stunning centre pieces on our tables and matched the venue perfectly. We received wonderful comments from both guests and staff about how elegant and beautiful they appeared.

Put simply, If you want to deal with thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable people then look no further than Sara and her team. Sara was instrumental in helping my wife and I realise our dream wedding and when we were faced with a last minute issue Sara was there to calmly pick up the pieces.

'To Have & To Hire', in a nutshell, made our wedding. We discussed with them our ideas and look that we were aiming for (rustic, autumnal, barn style)- they listened, provided advice & recommendations, sourced specific products if they didn't already stock it, and made it much much easier on us. Planning a wedding is a lot of work - TH&TH took on the venue styling with ease meaning we could concentrate on organising other things. Incredibly friendly, helpful & professional. Would recommend.

From the moment we approached Sarah and her team to decorate our venue, we had wonderful service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we added items the day before our wedding. Sarah's range of items was impressive, particularly the handmade items, which fitted with our venue perfectly. Sarah was more than willing to source items that we particularly wanted if they were not something she usually stocked and to put up items that were special to us. On the day we were totally thrilled.

They were very happy to reset the decorations between the ceremony and dinner, dealt directly with the venue for all the practical details, were very minimal effort for me, and they did a beautiful job.
