Alternative wedding guest books. Here at the Old Potting Shed we specialise in wood guest books. Including, drop top guest books, where your guests write on wooden hearts and drop them into a slot at the top of a glazed wooden frame, Rustic wooden guest boards, Wooden tree style guest books. Our guest books are all ready to be displayed in your home after your wedding day, making lasting memories of your special day. Custom wedding signs, Our wood wedding signs are all painted by hand using paint and brush. Fully personalised directional signs, welcome to the wedding signs, order of the day, rustic decor display signs and statement peices. We also take a limited amount of bespoke custom orders per year for sign seating plans, favours and to create unique items to your design. Our acrylic signs are available in a range of shapes, sizes and finishes. Create your own unique stationary suit with us. Personalised ribbons. Our personalise bouquet ribbons are available in a range of materials including silk, linen, double satin and velvet. These can be use for bouquets, cakes or place settings.

The products are just as beautiful in real life as they look in the photographs, and the customer service is just fantastic! We had a problem with one of our orders getting damaged in the post, but Lisa got a replacement out to us in under 2 weeks (even though she is super busy and orders normally take much longer than that to come through). Describe your typical process with a couple.

From ordering to posting we keep you updated. With clear timescales so you know when your order will be made, completed and posted. Most orders are taken via email. We have Approx a three month waiting list unless you use our priority service via our etsy shop. (Discounts can not be applied to priority orders)

What is the best themed wedding you have worked at?

For me it would have to be a recent garden party styled wedding, photos are still under wraps but we can't wait to share them with you.

What are the decorative trends with brides currently?

Looking to 2017 greens and blues are going to be big, which are great colours if wanting to incorporate a rustic wood feel as well.

What is your signature finishing touch?

Everything is made and painted by hand, adding a truly personalised finish and a little love.

What decoration do you think every wedding needs?

I think every wedding needs a welcome sign, positioned just outside the door. It's a great way to welcome your guests and really sets the scene for what to expect through the doors.
